Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Literature Society, Faculty of Letters, Department of Turkish Language and Literature organized a series of fairy tale events under the coordination of Dr. Lecturer Aysun Dursun.

İlknur Durmaz, the student of the Turkish Language and Literature Department and the assistants Kader Yılmaz and Merve Ay and the members of the community moved the fairy tale atmosphere in the past to Blue Roof Student Communities Center by examining and makıng comparisons of the Turkish and World tales.

The event, which was held every Monday for three weeks, was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Naci Önal and faculty members of our university and undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students who continued their education in different departments showed interest.

On the last day of the event, students of our university,Hacettepe University Faculty of Letters, Department of Turkish Folklore Prof. Dr. Özkul Çobanoğlu and Prof.Dr. Nebi Özdemir and Muğla / Köyceğiz-Yüksekkum Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Teacher Çağlar Kadir Özhan and hıs students exchanged information about fairy tales accepted among the oldest narratives of human history.
