 Disseminating knowledge and news within the university and to the media;

 Producing and distributing texts, photographs, films, books, and such materials for information and advertising purposes;

 Announcement of symposiums, panels, conferences, concerts, theatres, and similar activities;

 Organizing the university web page;

 Arranging the publication and distribution of online and print bulletins and catalogues in coordination with other units;

 Keeping an archive of all the news appearing in the press about the university;
