The Student Affairs Office provides the administrative serves for the students and academic authorities in order to contribute to the development of educational life of university. Composed of friendly and helpful staff, the Student Affairs Office encourages the students in their academic and personal issues to make the university life much easier and happier.

The specific duties of the Student Affairs Office are:

 Carrying out the student registration, scholarship, credit, and course fee procedures;

 Providing an efficient assistance to the students with disability;

 Preparing and collecting student data;

 Following the education statistics;

 Providing transcripts;

 Organizing different types of student activities and campus-wide cultural events and improving the quality of campus life;

 Preparing Student Transcript, Diploma and Temporary Certificate of Graduation procedures.
