The specific duties of the Strategy Development Office are:

 Examining the external factors that affect the services;

 Investigating new opportunities to increase the quality of the service;

 Coordinate the strategic planning procedures;

 Collecting, classifying, and analyzing the data in accordance with administrative tasks;

 Carrying out the services related to the management information system;

 Coordinating strategic plan and performance programme of the administration and following the consolidating process of the results.
