Our University, which has already taken many scientific precautions during the Corona pandemic process,  has concretely started to produce masks to protect the health of our staff, students, healthcare professionals and the people of Muğla.

Volunteer lecturers working in Textile, Clothing, Shoes and Leather Department and Handicraft Department in Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Milas Vocational High School has started to the production of 10,000 masks.

According to the statement made by the Vocational High School's administration, it has been reported that the masks, which are produced under sterile conditions in which social distance is provided, will be ready for use within 1 week to 10 days. The masks, which are being produced by instructors on a voluntary basis, will be processed at the sterilization devices at the Blue Roof Student Communities Center and will be delivered to the Rector's Office in special boxes at the end of the process. The masks will be distributed for the use of our staff  in the first place and in case of redundancy, masks are envisaged to be distributed outside the institution.
