European Medical Students Association (EMSA - European Medical Students' Association) Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (MSKU) organized a Genetics Symposium.
At the symposium held in the hall of the Democracy Witnesses of MSKU Atatürk Cultural Center on July 15, MSKU, Adnan Menderes University, Pamukkale University students, and MSKU Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çiçek, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Nevres Hürriyet Aydoğan, expert scientists and students from Muğla, Aydın, and Denizli came together
Speaking at the opening of the symposium, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çiçek announced that they set themselves a goal to become an R&D University after taking office. Prof. Dr. Çiçek said, "We are moving towards our goal with confident steps on this path. We are at a very important point in scientific projects. I think we will reach the result more quickly by including our students in this process. The student societies of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University are working very actively. It operates in many fields in an artistic, sportive, cultural, and scientific sense. We support such scientific, cultural, sportive, and artistic activities to achieve the goal of a strong Turkey and we will continue to do so in the future."
