17 of the 18 projects submitted by Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-A call were deemed worthy of support.

MSKU FEAS, which adopts the concept of “Student Oriented University” and trains future leaders, achieved its greatest success since its establishment within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-A - University Students Research Projects Support Program.

The student projects produced and accepted by each department of FEAS have become the outcome of a strong managerial strategy and great teamwork.

In this context, “2209 - A Student Projects Development Sub-Commission” was established as a commission under FEAS in order to spread the project development culture among students and to train students who produce and improve even during the pandemic process.

This commission organized educational seminars for students and they were informed about the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program in 3 different sessions.

Graduate and doctorate students acted as mentors for the projects developed in “team” work and “student-academician cooperation”. Thus, the project development experience was reinforced for graduate students and motivation was increased with peer mentoring for undergraduate students.
