Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences Graduated Health Workers of Future

Our University Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences bid farewell to future healthcare professionals to their new lives.

Educational activities at our university in the 2020-2021 Academic year were carried out through face-to-face education in the 4th grade of the Nursing Department of the Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences.
At the end of the academic year, a graduation ceremony was held at Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences for 126 Nursing Department students.
The graduation ceremony started with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem. Then, Büşra Yıldırım, a student of Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences, made a speech on behalf of the graduates.

Recalling that Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, together with Medicine, Health Sciences and other complementary disciplines, raises a health army, the Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ÇİÇEK said, “I believe that the precious hands that we will graduate today will be life and breath for all of us tomorrow. Today, our university graduates entrepreneurial, extroverted and self-confident students with a curriculum that keeps up with innovation and internship support. I assure you that you will always find the opportunity to be one step ahead in your professional life with these competencies you have acquired. I want to take this opportunity to congratulate our university staff and academics who have devotedly contributed to your coming to this day.”

After the speeches, the members of the protocol handed the graduation certificates to the graduates.
Eighty-five projects of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University students were accepted within the scope of 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program. At the graduation ceremony, the three project coordinator students and advisory faculty members were given certificates of appreciation for the three accepted projects of the Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences students.

The graduation ceremony ended with the Faculty of Health Sciences student, Nursing Department sticking a plaque on the graduation log and the students taking their professional oaths.

For families who could not attend the ceremony due to the pandemic, the program was broadcast live on the internet.
