Murat Kahraman, Deputy Governor of Muğla, experienced HADO, a virtual game run by our university as a TÜBİTAK project.
Implementation studies continue for the "Alternative Method for Increasing Physical Activity in the Elderly and Preventing the Risk of Alzheimer's with HADO, the Sport of the Future", which is done by the students of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Sports Sciences for TÜBİTAK with the aim to prevent the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
Here, Deputy Governor Kahraman played HADO, an augmented reality game, on the platform created at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of our university. There were fun moments in the game accompanied by our University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çiçek and our students.
With the project supported by TÜBİTAK-2209 A University Students Research Projects, it is aimed to prevent the risk of Alzheimer's disease by having fun, doing sports and improving the mind with virtual games.
Raşit Yandım, Doğa Ece Engin and Hasan Burak Işıloğlu take part as researchers in the Project which is conducted by Zeynep Kütük, a student of the Faculty of Sports Sciences Coaching Education, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Gönül Babayiğit, Faculty of Sports Sciences.
