Beekeeping women came together at our University with the "Beekeeper Women Meet" event organized by Mugla Sıtkı Koçman University and the Bee and Beekeeping Society.
Beekeeping women had the opportunity to share their problems both face-to-face and online at the "Beekeeper Women Meet" event organized by Mugla Sıtkı Koçman University and the Bee and Beekeeping Society.
With the participation of Prof. Dr. Sırrı Sunay Gürleyük, Vice-Rector of our University, the meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Rahşan İvgin Tunca, Faculty Member of the Department of Plant and Animal Production, and discussed the problems of women who are the driving force of the beekeeping sector and solutions to these problems.
Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çiçek also attended the meeting online and said that he would always be there for beekeeper women to solve their problems.
At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Huseyin Cicek was presented with a plaque with a Turkish flag.
After the event, Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çiçek hosted Assoc. Dr. Rahşan İvgin Tunca and the participants in his office.
