Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University provides all treatment expenses for students who are not covered by any state-funded social security programme. In addition to the general medical and dental clinics, an emergency clinic, and a laboratory, the Psychological Counselling Unit is located within the health centre and provides counselling services and treatment.

The specific duties of the Health, Sports and Cultural Activities Office are:

 Carrying the health and treatment services of the students and staff;

 Meeting the students and university staff needs such as accommodation and food;

 Organizing the social and cultural activities involving the students and university staff and contributing to the healthy life.
